AACSR conductor is a composite power overhead conductor, consisting of a high-strength steel core and an outer layer of aluminum alloy stranded wire, designed for long-distance power transmission and large-span erection scenarios.
AACSR conductor complies with standards such as IEC 61089 and ASTM B399. Its reliability has been verified in UHV projects and is the preferred solution for balancing strength, weight and cost.
Tensile strength is 30% more than ACSR with same diameter, Large span and long crossing is possible.
Light in weight and anti-sag performance is 1.4-1.4 times better than ACSR.
Excellent and stable transmission under 90 'C and up to 150 'C when overload.
Concentric-lay stranded
Galvanized steel core wrapped by single layers or multiple layers concentrically stranded Al-Mg-Si 6201 wires
AACSR conductor is available with steel core of Class A, B or C galvanizing or Aluminium clad (AW)
